What is Today’s Harvest looking for?
Produce that meets safety standards and is fit to eat. B-grade and ugly produce is acceptable!
How do you compensate local farmers?
From May 1st to September 30th, farmers can receive up to $575 in compensation for the fresh produce they donate as long as funding lasts. Our compensation is on a sliding scale. You can view our compensation chart here.
How do you donate?
We accept donations at our 8264 4th St N, Oakdale, MN location. Drive to the back of the building and ring the doorbell. Staff of volunteers will be there to assist you in unloading.
Donate your produce at any time during the growing season or post-season from your storage crops! If you are seeking compensation, we encourage you to come before 6:00pm as there is some paperwork to fill out. Donation times are:
- Mondays: 8:00 am-6:00 pm
- Tuesdays: 9:00 am-6:00 pm
- Wednesdays: 9:00 am-6:00 pm
- Thursdays: 10:00 am-2:00 pm
- Fridays: 8:00 am-10:00am, 2:00pm-6:00pm
